Slash knows how to use his wah pedal. It's just as essential a part of his rig as his Les Paul and Marshall amp. His signature Cry Baby SW-95 is designed by Dunlop to Slash's specification, to give him the power and control he wants on stage or in the studio. But what makes Slash's wah pedal different from all others? Well, its more than just the bright hot rod red finish and the Slash logo on the front name plate, it's also the searing high gain distortion coupled with the special Fasel-loaded Classic circuit for instant lead tone that not only cuts through, but sings with a sweet and lush top end. The SW-95 is a pedal is actually two pedals in one. The Slash wah pedal also has a built in distortion circuit, with separate controls for ON/OFF and its own distortion gain.
Rocker Pedal - press all the way forward to click the bypass switch to turn effects ON/OFF, and control the level of the effects
Gain Knob - the forward most knob on the right hand side adjusts the gain distortion
Volume Knob - the second knob on the right hand side controls output boost
Distortion Circuit Button - located on the right hand side is the ON/OFF switch for the distortion circuit, with a red LED to indicate when ON.
Another feature is a battery access on top of the pedal, instead of having to take a cover on the bottom. Oh by the way, this

one runs on 18 volt power, for extra clarity and headroom. This lets the SW-95 deliver a clear and strong output that lets Slash's guitar technique stand out from the rest of the band, when he steps up for a solo.
