Savarez 540R Alliance HT Normal Tension Classical Guitar Strings

 

Savarez Alliance HT Normal Tension Classical Guitar Strings are a well balanced set of normal tension, classical guitar strings.  Each set consists of  KF Alliance composite treble strings and HT Classic silver plated copper wound bass strings. They are corrosion and oxidation resistant, for long life.

 

Treble Strings: Alliance trebles are made of a high tech (carbon) material, very different from nylon. Carbon composite has higher strength, density, and less elongation than nylon; and is closer to the original gut string material in overall playing and sonic characteristics. They also have greater longevity than nylon, thus the designation "Long Play" on the package. This material also allows precise string diameter control during manufacturing, resulting in uniform and cylindrical strings which produce clear tones.

 

Bass Strings: The HT Classic basses are a well developed, traditional classical guitar string design, featuring a wound multi-filament nylon core. The outer wrap is silver plated for corrosion resistance and smoothness. HT Classic basses produce a deep and resonant tone that complements the normal tension KF Alliance treble strings perfectly. Together with the Alliance treble strings, they make a well balanced and extremely versatile string set.
