The lovely and warm toned Victoria by Paracho Elete is a traditionally styled bajo sexto with an attractive, multi-colored sound hole rosette and two-colored body binding. The body binding makes a bold statement.The choice of a cedar top and cedar back and sides produce warm and harmonically rich tones that are the backbone of Latin, Mariachi, and South American music. The hand-crafted Victoria bajo sexto is truly an instrument to be treasured.

Options and Accessories

• Fishman PRESYS Preamp and Pickup: You can order your instrument with an installed Fishman PRESYS preamp and pickup system to enhance your sound. Just plug in your instrument to a standard guitar amplifier with a standard 1/4-inch guitar cable, and you've got instant amplification and EQ ability, with the quality sound and versatile tone shaping. The system consists of the new Fishman PRESYS preamp unit which lets you zero in on the sound you want, a matched under-saddle pickup, and 1/4-inch jack.  It runs on its own 9-volt battery box and a built-in tuner. This system normally retails for $185 or more installed; but you can have it in your instrument for just $94.89 extra. Nine volt battery not included.  (Select "w/Pickup & Preamp" option)

• Diamond Hard Shell Wood Case: You can also have your instrument shipped to you in a handsome Diamond model 5019 hard shell wood case. The case is covered in black or brown tolex, and features a heavy duty carrying handle, metal latches, hinges, and trim; plus a plush lined interior with a storage compartment for your instrument accessories.  $49.90 extra.  We will ship your bajo in the case.  (Select w/Black Case or w/Brown Case options)

This instrument is hand-made, not mass produced.  It's superb tone even gets richer and fuller as the wood ages through regular playing.
