The 2-channel Dean Markley UltraSound DS4 acoustic guitar amp delivers 50 Watts of unmatched acoustic tone, in a light weight combo package. The DS4 features two channels, two 8-inch coaxial speakers, phantom powered microphone inputs along with volume and active EQ for each channel. It also has a studio quality DI, Effects Loop, and an additional AUX. input for a tape or CD, drum machine, or other audio input.If that's not enough, the DS4 also has a 24-bit effects processor which produces studio quality reverb, delay, and chorus effects for either or both channels.

The DS4 is great for intimate gigs, and contains everything you need for your instruments and vocals. Channel 1:	This channel is designed for instrument and/or microphone input, and accommodates high impedance microphones, keyboards, and drum machines.
Channel 2:	This channel is designed primarily for acoustic guitar and includes an 18 dB cut notch filter to control resonant feedback, and a mid-cut Shape Circuit to eliminate mid-range piezo pickup "quack".
Master Section	This section contains the digital effects, which can be assigned to Channel 1, Channel 2, or both channels. The Master Section provides lets you select from 18 digital effects, plus the level of the effect. It also provides a Master Volume control to regulate the overall loudness of the amplifier, with a power limiter to prevent distortion at full power.
Back Panel	The Back Panel provides the input and output ports and jacks. This includes: EFX FS: Effects Foot Switch 1/4-inch jack to accept a shorting footswitch to cut out the effects when the footswitch is engaged. EFX SEND: Effects Send and Return jacks for Channel 2. It extracts the clean signal form the Channel 2 preamp and lets you run it through external effects, then back in through the Return jack, ahead of any on board effects. LINE OUT: This jack provides an unbalanced out put from the preamp that is post EQ and post EFX. It can be used to feed a signal to a recording or sound reinforcement mixer. Additionally this output can be used to drive a slave amp such as the ULTRASOUND AG-50E. DIRECT OUT: Balanced output signal, post eq and post efx, used to feed recording or sound reinforcement equipment. TAPE/CD: Unbalanced phono (RCA) input jacks. This is an auxiliary input designed for use with a drum machine, tape player, CD player, etc. and can be used for playing prerecorded music. TAPE/CD LEVEL: Lets you adjust the volume level of the TAPE/CD input. This control can be adjusted with a small screwdriver. This signal is pre MASTER control which means that the MASTER volume setting will affect the loudness of the TAPE/CD input signal.
