Crybaby 535Q Multi-Wah Pedal
The Crybaby 535Q takes the wah pedal to the next level, by adding features to give you control over the most important wah pedal parameters, so you can create you own unique wha sound. Now you can select the center frequency for the wah effect, the frequency range to be swept by the pedal, and also boost (gain). The possibilities range form a very narrow frequency band in which the pedal effect can be very sharp, or a broad band in which it will be more gentle. But that's not all. Once you have your range dialed in, you also have an adjustable boost that can create endless sustain on any note. Such versatility allows the guitarist to shape the sound of the wah effect to his own taste, which is why it's the pedal choosen by Joe Satriani.
To be more specific about the features, the Crybaby 535Q offers six new guitar wah ranges, a variable boost form 0 to +16 dB, and a hard wire ON/OFF switch. The Wah Range Selector knob is located on the side of the 535Q pedal, which allows you to select of six center frequencies you like. The boost knob is located on the left side of

the pedal, to let you dial in the boost (gain) you want, form 0 to +16 dB. The Variable Q knob is also located on the left side of the pedal, and it lets you control the sharpness of the bandpass. High Q is a very narrow band, and low Q is a bery broad band. The low Q settings have more musical quality and don't alter tone as much as high Q settings.
The Crybaby 535Q is powered by a 9 volt battery, or by external power form the Dunlop
ECB-003 AC power adapter (sold separately).
